On the Cheney Care Community campus, we offer a variety of housing options to not only meet your healthcare needs, but your financial needs as well. For our community members who are still able to live independently, we have several buy-in and rental options to meet a range of financial situations.
Blackstone Estate Duplexes
Our Blackstone Estates are our newest addition to campus. These homes are perfect for seniors who want to own their own home, but without the burden maintaining it.
Pine Ridge Estate Triplexes
Built in 2012, our Pine Ridge Estate Triplexes have modern updates and are a perfect option for down-sizing. These units have the option to be purchased or rented.
Evergreen Terrace Apartments
Our Evergreen Terrace apartments provide another option on campus to rent at the full-market rate.
Shady Oaks
These income-restricted rentals support seniors who need minimal financial support. One-bedroom and two-bedroom options available.
Cedar Glen Apartments
At the heart of Sessions Village are our Cedar Glen apartments. These income-restricted rentals support residents who qualify for 202 HUD housing.
