The Cheney Care Center is the only community-owned skilled care facility in the State of Washington. It was established through volunteer efforts, so care could be provided close to family, friends and home. Our services are provided in a clean and cheerful facility located in a beautiful rural setting.

The Cheney Care Center provides 24 hour nursing care. An individualized plan of care is developed for every resident by a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent and highly qualified consultants provide physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapy. Rehab staff promotes and strives to maintain the highest possible functional levels of residents, while continually encouraging progress.

Our goal is to help our residents enjoy the best quality of life possible. We strive to maintain maximum independence and encourage active participation in a wide variety of social activities.
